Counselling/Coaching for Adults with ADHD provides positive support so that you can feel better about yourself and accomplish what you set out to do. You will develop a clearer understanding of how you get in your way and learn to create new habits and practical strategies for organisation and follow through.
The primary goals are to learn self support with a focus on your strengths and to improve self regulation by developing alternatives to self-defeating behaviours.
You will build your self confidence and strengthen your empathic abilities and an awareness of others in social situations.
Experience self-compassion and let go of guilt, blame and shame.
